The Company was established in the year 1990 and has been in existence since Dubai was still in its growing stages. It had met with numerous ups and downs resulting in its bankruptcy. It was finally bought and consolidated in the year 2001 by Mr. Dev Anand who was the Managing director of Speedstar electromechanical at that time. Under the new leadership, the company flourished and updated itself to L.L.C in the year 2002 just one year after its change in management. Ever since then Al Quoz Contracting has seen tremendous growth in the commercial sector and has gone ahead to build numerous factories, warehouses, offices, schools and many other diverse projects. With such a strong foundation in both technical and managerial aspects, Al Quoz always strives and seeks_to outdo itself and will continue to do so as it moves towards a brighter future.
