AL QOOZ CONTRACTING L.L.C. was established in 1990, during the early stages of Dubai’s rapid transformation. Like many businesses in a growing market, the company faced numerous challenges and setbacks.

In 2002, the company was acquired and consolidated by Mr. Anand Mohan Dev, who was then the Managing Director of Speed Star Electromechanical. Under his visionary leadership, the company was revived and restructured as a Limited Liability Company (L.L.C.) in 2003, following the change in management.

Since then, AL QOOZ CONTRACTING L.L.C. has achieved consistent growth and success, particularly in the industrial construction sector. The company has delivered a wide range of projects, including factories, warehouses, offices, schools, villas, and other commercial and institutional developments across the UAE.
